Training Programme

We, at the Environment Education Unit (EEU), conduct training programmes/ workshops for teachers, educators, students, development workers and essentially all those who are interested in environment education. Participants are guided through different modules of the Green Schools Programme Manual, to enable them to bring about green changes on the school campus and monitor them. Interestingly, the course content has been revised to include examples of green changes that have been brought about by schools that have participated in the GSP so far.
The training includes activities, interactive sessions, films and presentations on following issues:

Teachers’ trainings are of two types:
- In-house: Organised at our Delhi office.
- Outstation: A group of a minimum of 50 individuals has to be organised by the interested organisation/institution.
In house Training
Fee structure
One participant: Rs. 2,000
Two participants representing same organisation: Rs. 3,800
Inclusive of meals and refreshments.
Travel to the venue and lodging, boarding for outstation participants is extra.
Outstation Training
A group of a minimum of 50 individuals has to be organised by the interested organisation/institution.
Fee structure
Rs. 1,500 per participant.
The organisation/institution arranging the workshop will bear travel, lodging and boarding expenses of two CSE resource personnel.
The host organisation/ institution will be responsible for arranging timely refreshments for all participants at the venue. A computer, a LCD projector, a board (black or white) and calculators (10) will have to be arranged at the venue by the host.
